JUST VENTING

i agree with you carol.winter can give us a break already.but i would love even more to get a break from grannys poultry.it so hard to believe how that place has changed.and i don't mean for the best.it is a bad place to work now.people are just numbers and they care nothing about us.we use to be able to talk to our bosses but now if we try to voice our opinion,they just look at as as if to say,"do your job or you will be replaced with the next boat load of people" grannys needs about 250 workers to run the plant.in the past year they have gone through over 5000 people they have hired.when a business goes through that many people,then you know there is something seriously wrong in the management department.but i have decided that i will just do my job as best i can.the day will come when they will be held responsible for how they treat their workers.so,anyone thinking of working at grannys...please don't do it.to put it mildly..grannys is hell on earth.ok,now i feel better,i just needed to write my thoughts and feelings.i think i am ready to retire from that place.time to find something better and possibly part time work.
